The Buddhas Praise H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s Discourse; Buddha Light Blessing Illuminates the Lecture Hall
Mundane people can derive only superficial knowledge of the greatness of the Buddha-dharma from reading the sutras, but holy ones generally can personally experience it through their cultivation and the process of becoming enlightened. As for my humble self, Gadu, I have been fortunate enough to experience this greatness during the times I handled various Buddhist matters at the side of the Buddha Master, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu, and received dharma transmissions and initiations from His Holiness.
The following are two true events where Buddha light blessings occurred that I wish to report to everyone. The following description is completely true, and if I have made any of it up, I am willing to pay with my life and cultivation and descend to the Hell of Continuing Suffering.
1. The Buddha Master was in the lecture hall giving a discourse to the four types of disciples on “What Is Cultivation” in response to a question from Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche. Soon after the Buddha Master had begun, a beam of sparkling iridescent light suddenly appeared and started circling the indoor lecture hall with the force of lightning. The sight was utterly dazzling and auspicious! From the beginning to the end of the discourse, the dazzling Buddha light appeared and illuminated the lecture hall as many as five times. H.E. Denma Tsemang II, Venerable Dharma Teacher Long Hui, Dharma Teacher Jue Hui, Respected Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche, Cheng Hui Shih, Ding Hui Shih, Jian Hui Shih, Liao Hui Shih, Guang Hui Shih, Jie Hui Shih, Ko Hsuan, Pengzhi Qi, Huakong, Hui Chu Linchen, Yu Chia Lin and myself were all at the scene when this occurred. Not all of the disciples saw the same colors and number of Buddha lights because of their different levels of cultivation and different karmic conditions. Some people saw Buddha lights appear six times, while others saw Buddha lights appear twice. Some saw red, some saw white, and still others saw iridescent Buddha lights sparkling in the lecture hall. I personally saw Buddha lights as bright and dazzling as the flashing of a flash bulb. The Buddha Master’s discourse on the Buddha-dharma and the praise and blessing of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas filled all of the disciples in the lecture hall with the joy of the dharma.
2. Other Buddha lights were special manifestations that had an underlying cause. They manifested when the Buddha Master was expounding upon the karmic conditions behind the cover of the book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma. Dazzling Buddha lights suddenly flashed in the mandala. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas used Buddha lights as a means of praising the birth of the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma, which would soon provide the multitudinous living beings in this earthly realm with a path to practice the true dharma. As many great dharma kings and great rinpoches have announced, the karmic conditions for living beings to experience good fortune have matured!

A Buddha Truly Recognized as Such in Accordance with the Dharma
The people on both sides of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III on this page are the highest present-day dharma kings and regent dharma kings from various Buddhist sects or are famous rinpoches. It is they who wrote recognitions, corroborations, or congratulations to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the first Buddha on earth to have received such a large number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations and to have been recognized as having the highest status! No other Rinpoche on earth has ever received even one third of the number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations from great dharma kings, regent dharma kings, etc. that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has received. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has singlehandedly manifested accomplishments in thirty large categories involving all of the Five Vidyas, thereby establishing the highest record of accomplishment in the history of Buddhism in this world.
Certain evil people have slandered H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as having conferred upon Himself the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and they have thereby guided Buddhist practitioners toward evil. In order to protect the wisdom roots of living beings, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III makes the following vow of truth: “If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations that follow did not come from the dharma kings, regent dharma kings, and rinpoches whose photographs appear on this page of from their temples and/ or are not copies of the original texts but rather are my fabrications with forged signatures – if even one such case exists – then i should descend into hell without the possibility of ever leaving hell. If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations were written or typed by them as well as signed and/ or stamped by them, the merit of this truth will bring to everyone wonderful blessings and wisdom! VEN. ANGWEN ZHABA RINPOCHE
Ven. Angwen Zhaba Rinpoche of Jiegu Monastery stated that the Buddha-dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is indescribable, and beseeched Vajradhara Buddha to remain in this world to benefit all beings.
Angwen Zhaba Rinpoche of the Jiegu Monastery issued a document stating that the magnificence of the Buddha-dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III cannot be described in words. Thus, he beseeched the Buddha Vajradhara, the most respected of all Buddhas, to stay in this world forever and purify living beings!

I prostrate to the Buddha Vajradhara, the most respected of all Buddhas: The karmic conditions of countless living beings have matured. We living beings have been blessed. The dharma treasure book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has already benefited countless living beings. We still cannot describe in words how profoundly moved we are by our study of that treasure book. All we can do is devoutly pray that the ancient Buddha Dorje Chang, the Buddha Vajradhara, stay in this world forever and that He continue to cleanse all living beings through His dharma so that they may soon realize enlightenment!

A Heart of Gratitude for the Buddha’s Compassion
I would like to express my utmost gratitude to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. I have received immense blessings and benefits from listening to the Dharma expounded by the Buddha.
An Inconceivable Blessing from the Dharma Assembly
On February 15, 2015, my daughter, Yong-Hong Huang and I attended the Maitreya Bodhisattva Dharma Assembly held at Hua Zang Si. During the intermission, we met with Master. At that time, Master gave me and my daughter each a black Ka Zuo An De pill. At home the following day after my morning dharma practice, I took out the Ka Zuo An De pill from my jacket preparing to take it. Much to my surprise, I found an additional orange Da Ba Bu Qiong pill. This pill seemed slightly bigger than the Ka Zuo An De pill. Also, its taste was stronger. At that time, I was amazed and happy about it. I immediately paid my respect to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas for their empowerment.
After what had happened, I reported this to Master. Master said, “This is your good fortune.” However, I wondered why I would have such great fortune. I have never made any significant contribution. The most I have done is to truly and sincerely cultivate myself every day. No matter how busy I am every day, I will persist on practicing my dharma which was transmitted to me by my master. Particularly, I focus on the mantras transmitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Sometimes if I cannot do it during the day, I will definitely make for it at night. I have never forgotten to do my dharma practice. All I have kept in mind is that this is something I must do in order to truly learn from the Buddha and cultivate.
Faith Strengthened Through Listening to the Dharma by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III
A few years ago, before I started my Dharma-listening center, every week I would persist on going to Hua Zang Si to respectfully listen to the dharma expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. My house was kind of far from the temple. Every time I would have to take the bus first, then transfer to BART to get to Hua Zang Si. The BART has more rides, but the bus only comes once an hour.
A Miraculous Response to Sincere Prayer
One time, after a dharma-listening session, I was a little late for the BART, and I noticed that it was about time for my transfer bus to take off. I was very anxious. I immediately sincerely recited the holy name of Amitabha Buddha, praying that Amitabha Buddha would bless me to be able to catch this bus. Because I am a senior, if I do not make it to that bus in time, a long wait at the bus stop will take a toll on me.
While I recited the Buddha’s name, I hurried and got off the BART and rushed to the bus stop. When I arrived at the bus stop, the bus was still parked there. There might be many people on the bus, but it had not moved yet. It seemed as if it was waiting for me. As soon as I got on the bus, it took off. I was so happy. That was truly an expression of the compassion and care that the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas gave to me. I truly appreciate the empowerment from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
Compassionate Blessing for My Daughter’s Family
This summer, my daughter’s family of four went to Chicago for a graduation ceremony of a friend’s daughter who was a foreign student. While they were there, they toured around. When their trip was over and they were about to return home, they found that tickets were all sold out because it was a busy season. They were told that they could only try to come back the next day to check if there was anything available. There was no guarantee. They got very anxious because the grown-ups needed to work and the kids needed to go back to school.
After I learned about that, I immediately went to bow to the big Buddha statue of Guan Yin Bodhisattva and sincerely prayed. I hoped that with the Bodhisattva’s awesome, magnificent power, She would bless my daughter’s family of four, so they could book an airline and have a smooth flight back to San Francisco. The next morning, a miracle really happened. A flight had exactly four seats available, which seemed to be reserved especially for them. After I learned that, I was very happy for them. I immediately went to the big Buddha statue of Guan Yin Bodhisattva and paid my homage. I expressed my heartfelt gratitude to Guan Yin Bodhisattva for Her compassion and empowerment.
True Reliance on the Buddhas Brings Response
From all these events, I deeply feel that as long as we wholeheartedly rely on the Buddhas, sincerely recite the Buddha’s name and cultivate ourselves, then when we genuinely request help from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, we definitely will invoke the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and our prayers will be answered.
In this life, I am fortunate to come to America and encounter the correct dharma of the Tathagata personally transmitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. It is truly the good fortune I have accumulated from many lifetimes and eons. Before I came to America, I might have believed in the Buddhas and been learning Buddhism, but it was difficult to find Buddha Dharma in China that contained correct understanding and views.
Some individuals claimed to be able to transmit you dharma which turned out not to be the correct dharma of Buddhism. They did it for fame and profit and deceived many disciples for monetary gains. I remembered one time when I had encountered a “Master of Dharma Transmission.” He claimed to be a graduate from Zhe Jiang Medical School. At his place, he set up a so-called multi-leveled “Mandala for homage to the Buddhas.” The more money you turned in, the higher level your name would be placed. In other words, the more monetary offerings you gave, the higher your title would be and the more empowerment you would receive.
At that time, I doubted how things could work that way. Also, since he was a medical school graduate and he is not a monastic, why didn’t he become a doctor instead of a so called “Master of Dharma Transmission?” He also pressured Buddhists who wanted to learn Buddhism to buy his jade at high prices. How could this be a Master of correct dharma? He is completely different from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III who is noble and only engages in affairs which will benefit living beings and yet never accepts any offerings.
In addition, the Buddha transmits the supreme, rare, and auspicious dharma of the Tathagata to those Buddhists who genuinely want to learn from the Buddha. Luckily, I left the false master and have not fallen for his fraud.
A Life Filled with Dharma Joy and Determination
Now, I feel like I have great fortune and lead a very enriched life. Every day my heart is full of dharma joy. I continue to devote my time on learning from the Buddha and continue my cultivation. Other than making sure that I finish my daily dharma homework, I also will find time to study the dharma book, Expounding the Absolute Truth through the Heart Sutra by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. May I work even more continuously increasing my correct understanding and views. I am adamant to follow and learn from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and cultivate myself. May I realize the ultimate Bodhi, attain accomplishment, and reach liberation in this lifetime. Amitabha!

VEN. SIXTH BAIMA RONGZHU RINPOCHE
Venerable Sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche affirmed that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, representing the greatest blessing to appear in thousands of years.
The respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche, who is the abbot of the Badeng Lazhong Temple and now seventy-six years old, was the master of the first Dege headman. He is a great holy being who was issued a rinpoche certificate by the central government of China. Many rinpoches in the Kham region have received dharma transmissions and initiations from the respected sixth Baima Rongzhu Rinpoche. An especially large number of Indian practitioners of yoga have relied upon and received dharma transmissions and initiations from the rinpoche, who is deeply admired in India.

Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu, you truly are H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and holy and venerable Vimalakirti II. That is why people have the good fortune to enjoy the book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma! Otherwise, why is it that a precious book filled with great wisdom and accomplishments such as this book cannot be found in the past few thousand years of history? Thus, I specially congratulate H.H. Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu for unfolding before people’s eyes the supreme Buddha-dharma!
