A Buddha Truly Recognized as Such in Accordance with the Dharma

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the first Buddha on earth to have received such a large number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations and to have been recognized as having the highest status! No other Rinpoche on earth has ever received even one third of the number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations from great dharma kings, regent dharma kings, etc. that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has received. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has singlehandedly manifested accomplishments in thirty large categories involving all of the Five Vidyas, thereby establishing the highest record of accomplishment in the history of Buddhism in this world.

Certain evil people have slandered H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as having conferred upon Himself the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and they have thereby guided Buddhist practitioners toward evil. In order to protect the wisdom roots of living beings, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III makes the following vow of truth: “If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations that follow did not come from the dharma kings, regent dharma kings, and rinpoches whose photographs appear on this page of from their temples and/ or are not copies of the original texts but rather are my fabrications with forged signatures – if even one such case exists – then i should descend into hell without the possibility of ever leaving hell. If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations were written or typed by them as well as signed and/ or stamped by them, the merit of this truth will bring to everyone wonderful blessings and wisdom! • MASTER OF THE ONE OF THE 7TH DZOGCHEN DHARMA KINGS: H.E. DORJE RINZIN RINPOCHE

H.E. Dorje Rinzin Rinpoche affirmed that the unprecedented accomplishments revealed in A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma confirm H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as the Master of the Five Buddhas and the highest leader of Buddhism in the dharmadhatu, who has manifested on earth a state of great brightness to benefit all living beings.

H.E. Dorje Rinzin Rinpoche is the incarnation of the great terton (a master of finding hidden dharma treasures) Rigzin Terdak Lingpa Unchanging Vajra. He possesses the Great Perfection Complete Essence Dharma, which is a secret treasure transmitted through the ear. Many famous great rinpoches in Tibetan esoteric Buddhism have received initiations from him, such as the 7th Dzogchen Dharma King H.E. Tenzin Longdock Nyima.

H.E. Dorje Rinzin Rinpoche wrote the following words of congratulations: “…the accomplishments contained in A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma…have never been seen before in history….H.H. Ancient Buddha H.H. Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu:

I have lived in a solitary retreat room for twenty-nine years. It is said that many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have incarnated in our world. They pervasively benefit living beings and their merit is boundless. However, most of them can only speak empty words when it comes to manifesting the Five Vidyas. No other Buddha or Bodhisattva has attained the accomplishments contained in A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma. Such accomplishments have never been seen before in history. Holy beings of great virtue have confirmed that such accomplishments are those of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu, the Master of the Five Buddhas. This highest leader of Buddhism in the dharmadhatu has manifested here on earth a state of great brightness that entails complete proficiency in exoteric and esoteric Buddhism and perfect mastery of the Five Vidyas. Thus, I congratulate all living beings for having the karmic affinity to encounter the ancient Buddha. May they attain enlightenment first and benefit others.

• H.E. URGYEN XIRAO RINPOCHE

H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche, a great tertön of the Nyingma school, directly realized through deep meditation that H.H. Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu is Dorje Chang Buddha III, the incarnation of Buddha Vajradhara, and formally issued a Certificate of Affirmation.

H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche of the Nyingma school of Tibetan esoteric Buddhism is a great terton (master of finding hidden dharma treasures). His state of realization and virtue are remarkably profound, and he possesses great supernatural powers. In the minds of rinpoches and dharma kings, the status of H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche is incomparably high. When H.H. the Wish Fulfilling Jewel Dharma King Jigme Phuntsok, who was the master of the Dalai Lama, encountered adverse circumstances, he sought assistance from H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche.

In 2006, Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche read the book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma. H.E. Urgyen Xirao Rinpoche then immediately sat down in the cross-legged posture on his meditation seat and entered a state of deep concentration in order to fathom what he had read. He suddenly saw that the original, true identity of H.H. Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu Holiest Tathagata is Dorje Chang Buddha III. He at once respectfully prostrated to and profusely praised H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Filled with the joy of the dharma, he lifted his pen and wrote a certificate of recognition.

CERTIFICATE OF AFFIRMATION

Through practicing the dharma and entering meditation, I penetrated deeply into the Great Terma (Hidden Treasure) Dharma and applied supernatural vision. The karmic conditions manifested. I came to know that the Buddha Vajradhara assisted Sakyamuni Buddha in teaching the five hundred monks and other holy ones. As a skillful means of doing this, the Buddha Vajradhara transformed Himself into Vimalakirti. I supernaturally saw that H.H. Master Wan Ko Yee, Yangwo Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu, is the incarnation of Buddha Vajradhara.

That is, His Holiness is unmistakably Vimalakirti II. I specially issue this certificate affirming the above.
